• Once you have decided to sell your property through auction we will get a member of our auctions team to contact you to send you the contracts and to pay the one off seller fee of £270. 

• If your property does not sell first time on our online daily auctions, we will continue to market your property every day on our auctions until it sells at no extra charge.

• Our Auction group is the biggest online auction group in the UK. In 2020 to date, we have sold over 700 properties and raised more than £90m in sales for our vendors across the country.

• On average 80% properties are sold on the day of our online auction
